President Shavkat Mirziyoyev sent a letter to fellow Uzbeks in the United States

The appeal was prepared following meetings of fellow Uzbeks in Philadelphia and New York, where presentations of the book “Millat Shavkati” were held. Representatives of the Uzbek diaspora, public figures, and community activists took part in the events.

During the meetings, participants discussed the changes taking place in Uzbekistan, the development of the country’s international ties, and the role of Uzbeks living abroad. Particular attention was given to opportunities for cooperation in business, investment, education, culture, and the exchange of experience.

In their appeal, the participants also emphasized the importance of strengthening ties between the Uzbek diaspora and their historical homeland, supporting younger generations who grew up abroad, and promoting information about Uzbekistan’s history, culture, and modern opportunities.

Ozod Soliev, chairman of Vatan Global Alliance, commented on receiving the President’s letter:
