Vatan Global Alliance delegation visits KleinLife

As part of a long-term strategy to establish a national cultural and educational center in the United States, representatives of Vatan Global Alliance visited KleinLife, one of Philadelphia’s oldest community centers.

The delegation included Ozod Soliev, President of Vatan Global Alliance; Daler Khamidov, Director of the Department for Government and Nonprofit Relations; Sadullo Akhmedov, Chairman of the Special Group on National Traditions and Customs; and Khusrav Makhmudov, Head of the IT and Communications Department.
The main purpose of the visit was to study the successful experience of community centers in the United States, which could be applied in the implementation of the organization’s future projects. Particular attention was given to creating a modern space that brings community members together, developing educational, cultural, and social initiatives, and establishing an effective system for engaging with local residents.

During the meeting, KleinLife President Andrey Krug and Vice President Victoria Faikin provided a detailed overview of the organization’s work. Since 1975, KleinLife has successfully implemented programs for people of different ages and backgrounds. Today, the center is one of the largest community spaces in the region, offering a wide range of educational, cultural, sports, and social services.

The delegation explored the work of creative studios, sports programs, educational initiatives, theater and music groups, day programs for children and seniors, as well as medical and wellness services. Particular interest was given to KleinLife’s approaches to organizing community life, engaging volunteers, developing partnerships, and creating a comfortable environment for local residents.
The experience gained during the visit will become an important part of Vatan Global Alliance’s continued efforts to establish its own national cultural and community center. The center will bring compatriots together, help preserve cultural heritage, expand educational opportunities, and create new opportunities for communication, mutual support, and personal and community development.

On behalf of Vatan Global Alliance, we sincerely thank the leadership and staff of KleinLife for their warm welcome, informative tour, and willingness to share their many years of successful experience. We are confident that meetings like this will lay the foundation for further cooperation and the implementation of new joint initiatives.
